Refund Eligibility

• Customers may request a refund for eligible services as per agreement

• Refund requests must be submitted via official communication channels

Refund Timeline

✅ Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days
✅ Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

Non-Refundable Cases

• Fully delivered or completed digital services

• Services already approved or accepted by the customer

🚚 Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines are clearly defined as required by SSLCommerz:

• Inside Dhaka: Within 5 working days

• Outside Dhaka: Within 10 working days
